ចលនា​ខ្មែរ​ដើម្បី​ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ (KMD) សូមបញ្ជាក់​ជា​ថ្មី​នូវ​ភក្ដីភាព​ឥត​ងាករេ​របស់​ខ្លួន​ចំពោះ​ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ​ខ្មែរ និង​ចំពោះ​គោលការណ៍​ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ សិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងនីតិរដ្ឋ។ ដោយបានបង្កើត ឡើងក្នុងនាមជាសំឡេងរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរដែលកំពុងស្វែងរកលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យពិតប្រាកដ ការ កសាងនីតិរដ្ឋ និងការគោរពសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស KMD ខិតខំបំពេញកិច្ចការរបស់ខ្លួនក្នុងការបង្រួបបង្រួម ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរទាំងក្នុង និងក្រៅប្រទេស ដើម្បីស្តារឡើងវិញនូវអភិបាលកិច្ចប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ការពារ សេរីភាពជាមូលដ្ឋាន និងផ្តល់សិទ្ធិអំណាចដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ជាពិសេសដល់ស្ត្រី និងយុវជន ដើម្បី រៀបចំវាសនាអនាគតនៃប្រទេសជាតិរបស់ខ្លួន។

KMD នៅតែប្តេជ្ញាយ៉ាងមុតមាំចំពោះការអនុវត្តពេញលេញនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពទីក្រុង ប៉ារីស ឆ្នាំ១៩៩១ ដែលបានបង្កើតមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះសម្រាប់លទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ សេរី ពហុបក្ស ការគោរព សិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ការបង្រួបបង្រួមជាតិ និងសន្តិភាពយូរអង្វែងនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ កិច្ច​ព្រម​ព្រៀង​​នេះមិន បានផុតរលត់បាត់ទៅក្នុងប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តនោះឡើយ ប៉ុន្តែនៅតែបន្តជា​ក្រប​ខណ្ឌដ៏​រស់រវើកសម្រាប់តម្រង់ ទិសដៅនៃការដឹកនាំ និងគ្រប់គ្រង​ប្រទេស​កម្ពុជា​ ទាំងក្នុង​ពេល​បច្ចុប្បន្ន និង​តទៅអនាគត។ យើងសូម អំពាវនាវដល់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ សូមមេត្តាផ្ដល់តម្លៃយ៉ាងខ្ពស់ទៅលើស្មារតី នៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនេះ ដើម្បីការពារលំហប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងដើម្បីធានាថា ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរអាចកំណត់ ជោគវាសនាខ្លួនដោយសេរី។ KMD នឹងបន្តរក្សាស្មារតី និងខ្លឹមសារនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពទីក្រុង ប៉ារីស រហូតដល់ចក្ខុវិស័យសន្តិភាពនិងប្រជាធិបតេយ្យត្រូវបានសម្រេចយ៉ាងពេញលេញ។

សេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍នេះគឺជាការបញ្ជាក់ឡើងវិញអំពីភក្ដីភាពដ៏ឥតងាករេររបស់ KMD ចំពោះ បេសកកម្ម គុណតម្លៃ និងគោលបំណងរបស់ខ្លួន។ យើងសូមច្រានចោលទាំងស្រុងនូវការចោទប្រកាន់ និងការមួលបង្កាច់ពីមជ្ឈដ្ឋានទុច្ចរិតណាក៏ដោយ ដែលមានចេតនាបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញសុចរិតភាព កេរ្តិ៍ឈ្មោះ និងសេចក្ដីថ្លៃថ្នូររបស់ KMD និងអ្នកដឹកនាំរបស់ខ្លួន។ បេសកកម្មដ៏បរិសុទ្ធ និងឥតងាករេរបស់យើងគឺ បម្រើ និងការពារសិទ្ធិរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ ព្រមទាំងធ្វើការងារឆ្ពោះទៅអនាគតមួយដែលចាក់ឫស យ៉ាងជ្រៅទៅក្នុងលទ្ធិ ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ យុត្តិធម៌ និងសេរីភាព។

The Khmer Movement for Democracy (KMD) reaffirms its unwavering commitment to the Khmer people and to the principles of democracy, human rights, and the rule of law. Established as the voice of Cambodians seeking genuine democracy, the rule of law, and respect for human rights, KMD works to unite Khmer people both at home and abroad to restore democratic governance, safeguard fundamental freedoms, and empower citizens—especially women and youth—to shape the future of the nation.

KMD remains firmly committed to the full implementation of the 1991 Paris Peace Agreements (PPAs), which laid the foundation for multiparty democracy, human rights, national reconciliation, and lasting peace in Cambodia. These historic Agreements are not a closed chapter of history, but a living framework that continues to guide Cambodia’s leadership and governance today and into the future. We call on the Royal Government of Cambodia and the international community to honor the spirit and obligations of the PPAs, protect democratic space, and ensure that the Cambodian people can freely determine their own destiny. KMD will persist in upholding the spirit and substance of the PPAs until their vision of peace and democracy is fully realized.

This statement further reaffirms KMD’s loyalty to its mission, values, and objectives. We categorically reject all false accusations, slander, or ill-intentioned efforts from any source seeking to undermine or discredit the integrity, reputation, and dignity of KMD and its leadership. Our mission is pure and steadfast: to serve the Cambodian people, defend their rights, and work toward a future rooted in democracy, justice, and freedom.
