នៅថ្ងៃទី ៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ ខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោមដែលកំពុងរស់នៅជុំវិញពិភពលោក នឹងប្រារព្វខួបលើកទី ៧៦ឆ្នាំ នៃការឈ្លានពានខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម ដោយរដ្ឋាភិបាលកុម្មុយនីស្តវៀតណាម ដែលបានចាប់ផ្តើមនៅថ្ងៃទី ៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៤៩។ ថ្ងៃនេះគឺជាការរំលឹកដល់ការតស៊ូ និងការលះបង់របស់បុព្វបុរសខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោមដើម្បីសិទ្ធិ និងការទទួលស្គាល់ ក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងការឈ្លានពានរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលកុម្មុយនីស្តវៀតណាម។

ក្រោមរបបគាបសង្កត់របស់វៀតណាម សិទ្ធិជនជាតិដើមរបស់ខ្មែរក្រោមត្រូវបានរំលោភជាប្រព័ន្ធ។ ការគាបសង្កត់លើអត្តសញ្ញាណវប្បធម៌ ភាសា និងសេរីភាពជាមូលដ្ឋានរបស់ពួកគេបានអូសបន្លាយអស់ជាច្រើនទសវត្សរ៍មកហើយ ដោយបន្សល់ទុកនូវផលប៉ះពាល់យ៉ាងខ្លាំងដល់សហគមន៍ និងរបៀបរស់នៅរបស់ពួកគេ។ ភាពងាយរងគ្រោះជា​បន្ត​បន្ទាប់​របស់​ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ​ខ្មែរ​ក្រោម បង្ហាញ​ពី​តម្រូវការ​បន្ទាន់​ និងចាំបាច់ សម្រាប់​យុត្តិធម៌ និង​ការទទួលខុសត្រូវពីសំណាក់រដ្ឋាភិបាលកុម្មុយនីស្តវៀតណាម។

ចលនា​ខ្មែរ​ដើម្បី​ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ​ ចូលរួមជាមួយ​សហព័ន្ធ​ខ្មែរ​កម្ពុជា​ក្រោម និង​សមាគម/អង្គការ​ខ្មែរ​ក្រោម​នានា​ជុំវិញ​ពិភពលោកក្នុងឱកាសខួបលើកទី ៧៦ឆ្នាំ នៃការឈ្លានពានខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម ដោយរដ្ឋាភិបាលកុម្មុយនីស្តវៀតណាម។ យើងរួមគ្នារំលឹកថ្ងៃដ៏សំខាន់នេះ ដើម្បីបង្ហាញនូវការគោរព និងដឹងគុណដល់អ្នកដែលបានតស៊ូប្រឆាំងនឹងការកាន់កាប់ខុសច្បាប់នេះ និងដើម្បីតស៊ូមតិដើម្បីសិទ្ធិរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរក្រោម។

ឈរលើស្មារតីនៃខួបដ៏សំខាន់នេះ ចលនាខ្មែរដើម្បីប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ បញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់ខ្លួនក្នុងការសហការជាមួយ សហព័ន្ធ​ខ្មែរ​កម្ពុជា​ក្រោម និងសមាគម/អង្គការខ្មែរក្រោម ក្នុងការទាមទារការគោរពសិទ្ធិសេរីភាព និងសិទ្ធិស្វ័យសម្រេចសម្រាប់ខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម ពីរដ្ឋាភិបាលកុម្មុយនីស្តវៀតណាម។ យើងជឿថា ពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរគ្រប់រូបសមនឹងទទួលបានការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងសិទ្ធិរបស់ខ្លួនត្រូវបានទទួលស្គាល់។

ចលនា​ខ្មែរ​ដើម្បី​ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ​ សូម​អំពាវនាវ​ដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ​ខ្មែរ​ទាំងអស់​ រួបរួម​គ្នា​គាំទ្រ​ចលនា​ខ្មែរ​ក្រោមទូទាំងពិភពលោក។ វាចាំបាច់ណាស់ដែលយើងត្រូវរួមគ្នាជំរុញឱ្យអាជ្ញាធរវៀតណាមគោរពសិទ្ធិជនជាតិដើមរបស់ខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោមយើង។ មានតែការរួបរួមគ្នា ទើបយើងអាចធ្វើការឆ្ពោះទៅអនាគតមួយដែលប្រជាជនខ្មែរគ្រប់រូប អាចរស់នៅដោយសេរី និងថ្លៃថ្នូរ៕

Statement on the 76th Anniversary of Khmer Kampuchea Krom’s Occupation by Communist Vietnam

On June 4, 2025, we mark the 76th anniversary of the unlawful occupation of Khmer Kampuchea Krom by Communist Vietnam, which began on June 4, 1949. This day serves as a poignant reminder of the struggles and sacrifices endured by the Khmer Krom people in their quest for autonomy and recognition.

Under the oppressive regime of Vietnam, the indigenous rights of the Khmer Krom have been systematically violated. The suppression of their cultural identity, language, and fundamental freedoms has persisted for decades, leaving a profound impact on their communities and way of life. The ongoing marginalization of the Khmer Krom people highlights the urgent need for justice and accountability.

The Khmer Movement for Democracy stands in solidarity with the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Federation and various Khmer Krom associations and organizations around the globe. Together, we commemorate this significant day to honor those who have fought against this unlawful occupation and to advocate for the rights of the Khmer Krom people.

As we reflect on this critical anniversary, the Khmer Movement for Democracy reaffirms its commitment to collaborating with Khmer Krom associations and organizations in demanding respect for their rights, freedoms, and self-determination from the Vietnamese government. We believe that every Khmer citizen deserves to have its voice heard and its rights recognized.

We call upon all Khmers to unite in support of the Khmer Krom movements. It is essential that we collectively urge the Vietnamese authorities to respect the indigenous rights of the Khmer Krom people. Together, we have the obligation to work towards a future where all individuals can live freely and with dignity.
